About CSP

Thank you for visiting CSP! Our home base is on Kentucky Lake, in New Concord, KY where 4 Dachshunds share their home with my husband (pictured here) and me.

Like a lot of children, I took pictures every chance I got. I remember getting my first black and white film camera about 35 years ago. My family and I have so many cherished memories that were saved, simply because I harassed someone into buying me a roll of film! Remember film? Today, I am grateful to have the opportunity to capture future memories for others.

Cypress Springs Photography began as collaboration with some special, talented friends at PJ's Art Studio and Big Paws, Little Paws Grooming. It was from the encouragement of these friends, and the support of my husband and daughter, that CSP was born.

In addition to the joy of photography, I love animals and have a desire to help homeless and abused pets. In 2006, my friend Elizabeth Lamm and I held our first Pet Portrait Event to benefit the Mayfield-Graves County Animal Shelter. Since then, CSP has done several such events in Western Kentucky.

Our services also include family and child photography. CSP offers portrait sessions on location and provides services at special events, from birthday parties to fund raisers. My philosophy is simple, I believe everyone should have the opportunity to have beautiful, quality images of their loved ones (even the family pet!). I am honored by and appreciate each customer who entrusts their memories to CSP.
